The Department of Premier and Cabinet collects this information in order to notify you of any occasions involving flag protocol. You can request access to, and corrections of, any personal information provided in this form. Requests for access or correction should be sent to flags.protocol@dpc.vic.gov.au The department is using the services of EventsAir to administer this form. The information that you provide is stored in their Drupal 9 content management system and Microsoft Azure servers. For more information on the department’s handling of any personal information, please refer to the department’s Privacy Policy. If you do not provide all or part of the information requested, the department may not be able to provide flag notifications. Please contact the department via flags.protocol@dpc.vic.gov.au if you wish to use an alternative mechanism to the online form.

Select Tools from the top menu
Choose Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down until you see the section labelled Scripting
Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK

Google Chrome

Select the menu icon on the browser toolbar
Select Settings
Click the Show advanced settings... link then Content Settings in the Privacy section
Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) and click Done

Safari (Mac)

Select Safari from the top menu
Choose Preferences
Choose Security
Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript
